Do I have to approve every single post?

No. Approval mode is set per product. Keep manual review for products where a poor post carries more risk, and auto-approve products you trust so they publish on schedule.

Can I edit or regenerate content before approving?

Yes. If a generated set is not right, edit the prompt and generate it again instead of approving or rejecting it as is. The new version returns to the same review step.

What happens if I reject a set?

Nothing publishes. The rejected set moves to History, where you can see what was generated, and Shipcut moves to the next pending set.

How is this different from tools that auto-post everything?

Many AI content tools offer either a download or automatic publishing. Shipcut lets the same workspace run some products automatically while others stay under manual review.
